収穫

今年もすくすく育った大豆の収穫です。
去年は、この時点ですでに虫食いが酷かったですが
今年はまだ大丈夫！！
束にして軒下に吊るして乾燥させていきます。
今年は、味噌まで行きまっせ！！

豆の出来もチェック！！

少しばかり、豆を剥いて、、、

塩ゆでにしてみました。

めちゃくちゃおいしいです、、
大豆の甘みと塩の素朴なハーモニーが、、
大地のめぐみです。
